Werner Unger (lawyer)

Werner Unger (* 1941 ) was professor of civil law at the Kehl University of Applied Sciences and until 2005 co-editor of the Baden-Württemberg region of the specialist journal apf .

Life

Unger studied law at the Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg , where he received his doctorate in 1970 on the subject of trademark licensing and antitrust law . From 1971 to 1974 Unger worked as a lawyer, from 1974 to 1976 at the University of Regensburg . In 1977 Unger was appointed to the Kehl University of Applied Sciences, where he taught until 2005. He also lectured at the University of Strasbourg from 1991 to 1999 .

Act

Unger was particularly interested in innovative didactics, including in the area of ​​e-learning. In 2005 he and Kay-Uwe Martens took part in a project with the aim of producing a livestream educational film on the subject of sales law. The interactive BGB trainer juralink was also one of Unger's projects. In addition, Unger is in charge of the archiphon project .
