Kay-Uwe Martens

The title of this article is ambiguous. For a German economist with a similar name, see Kai-Uwe Marten (* 1962).

Kay-Uwe Martens (born before 1979) is a German lawyer. He is professor of state, administrative and local law as well as local tax law and was Vice-Rector of the University of Kehl from 2007 to 2011 .

Life

From 1979 to 1981 Martens was a volunteer and editor at Main-Post . He then studied at the University of Freiburg Law and received his doctorate in 1991. After his judges work at the Administrative Court Freiburg and Trunk features the District Office Ortenaukreis he was appointed as a full professor at the University of Applied Sciences Kehl prior delegation 1995th Martens has also been a lecturer at Furtwangen University since 1999 .

During Martens' tenure as Vice-Rector, the university library and the university computer center merged to form the information center , which Martens managed until 2011. Since 2012 Martens has been the deputy dean of the newly founded Franco-German master’s program "Management of Clusters and Regional Networks".

In 2001 Martens founded the Internet radio at the Kehl University of Applied Sciences, which u. a. Produced or produced programs for the Kehl University of Applied Sciences or the Offenburg Clinic . Activities in the field of Internet television were added later, for example Aula TV or from 2004 to 2012 Seelbach TV (video transmission and recording of all meetings of the Seelbach community council ).
