Western Norwegian Emigration Center
The West Norwegian Emigration Center is an open-air and migration museum in Sletta on the island of Radøy in Vestland .
The museum consists of several buildings that have been brought to Sletta from Minnesota and North Dakota . These buildings of Norwegian immigration, characteristic of the late 19th and early 20th centuries, form a prairie village and are:
- Brampton Church , reopened in 1997
- Pioneer House by Underwood
- Marboe Village School
- Brampton Teachers' House
- Doctor's office of Dr. Serkland
- Elizabeth Prison and Community Hall
