The ballad was created by Stephen Schwartz for DreamWorks - Cartoons The Prince of Egypt composed. In it, Zippora and Miriam, interpreted in the original film by the dubbing voices Michelle Pfeiffer and Sally Dworsky , sing about the joy of finally being able to move from Egypt to the holy land. Together with the producer Babyface , a more poppy version was produced for the credits and as a single release. For this purpose, Mariah Carey and Whitney Houston could be won as singers. The ballad hit the charts worldwide.
