The Whitchurch Hockey Club is an established in 1949 Hockey -Verein in the Welsh capital Cardiff . Playing all in royal blue , the club is the largest in Wales with eight men's teams, five women's teams and nine youth teams, together with its sister club Whitchurch Saints Ladies Hockey Club . The men's team is, alongside local rivals Cardiff & UWIC Hockey Club, one of two Welsh teams that are incorporated into the English league system. You play in the second rate Conference West. At the same time, they also take part in competitions in Wales. The association represented Wales at the Euro Hockey Challenge I in 2013 . Whitchurch initially played at Caedellyn Park, then at St. Fagans, and now on the artificial turf field at Whitchurch High School.
