The Widenbauernhof in Geilsheim , a district of Wassertrüdingen in the Ansbach district in Middle Franconia ( Bavaria ), was built in the 17th century. The Dreiseithof with the address Geilsheim 62 is a protected monument .

The originally single - storey half-timbered house can be dendrochronologically dated to the year 1647. The first floor was built in 1679. The coat of arms of the Rebdorf monastery on the facade is marked with the year 1738.

In 2011 Doris and Gerhard Kitzsteiner received the Medal of the Free State of Bavaria for the exemplary renovation of the monument. In addition, the property was awarded a State Prize for Village Renewal and Building Culture in 2011 .
