Wielental

The Wielental , also called Wielenbachtal or Wielenbach for short , is an orographically right side valley of the Puster Valley in South Tyrol . Administratively it belongs entirely to the municipality of Percha . It branches off towards the north at Unterwielenbach and leads into the Rieserferner group. It is drained by the Wielenbach , which flows into the Rienza . The locations are located on the east Wielental the limiting slopes Wielenberg (1120- 1160  m ) and slightly higher plates . In Talinneren is at about 1340- 1410  m , the village Oberwielenbach . Above it begins the Rieserferner-Ahrn Nature Park , which encompasses most of the Wielental. The valley head is dominated by the 3,105  m high Black Wall .
