Wiesbadener Strasse 31, main building

The Hofreite Wiesbaden Straße 31 Bremthal stands as a cultural monument under monument protection .

The hook yard consists of a two-storey, eaves-facing residential building and a rear barn.

The Waohnhaus from around 1700 has been massively renovated on the ground floor. The upper floor and the gable have a rich exposed framework from the second half of the 17th century with a profiled threshold and frame made of red oak. The regular male figures with carved wooden head angles and the struts in the upper compartments with large St. Andrew's crosses are striking . In the 19th century a gate building was added to the house.

The barn consists of sturdy oak framework. The inscription on the lintel of the gate allows the dating:

"This barn was built by Georg Malchy and his wife Maria Katharina in 1718."

- Inscription in capitalis with numerous ligatures and baroque A letters

The courtyard is an example of the typical development of the former street village and is a listed building for historical and artistic reasons.
