history
The printing house was founded in 1856 by Wilhelm Riemenschneider at the time of the Kingdom of Hanover . In the same year, the company received the order to print the newspaper for Northern Germany .
The initial company headquarters was at Marktstrasse 54a , later also at Kniehauerstrasse 54 . Under the management of the company's founder's son, Georg Friedrich Adolf Riemschneider , the company expanded into a commercial printing and commercial printing company .
For example, the print shop produced for Georg Egestorff , Adolph Knigge or Israel Joseph Benjamin , printed German songs for the celebrations of the 50th anniversary of the Battle of the Nations near Leipzig , produced the catalog for the Hahn'sche Hofbuchhandlung or the General Synagogue Regulations for the Kingdom of Hanover .
