Wilhelm Breuer

Wilhelm Breuer (born October 15, 1898 in Wesel , † May 20, 1975 ibid) was a German local politician and honorary district administrator ( CDU ).

Life and work

After attending school, he completed an apprenticeship in banking and then worked as a banker at various banks . From 1926 to 1963, Breuer worked for the Städtische Sparkasse Wesel, most recently as the savings bank director. He was married and had six children.

He was a member of the district council of the former district of Rees from November 28, 1969 to the regional reform on December 31, 1974. From November 28, 1969 to December 31, 1974 he was district administrator of the district of Rees. From January 1, 1975 until his death on May 20, 1975 he was the district administrator for the district of Wesel . He was also a member of the city ​​council of Wesel from 1964 to 1969 . Breuer was represented in various committees of the district council of North Rhine-Westphalia .

On October 15, 1973 he received the Federal Cross of Merit, 1st class.
