Wilhelm Christian Pantenius
Wilhelm Christian Pantenius (born February 23, 1806 in the pastorate Grünhof ( Courland ); † July 8, 1849 in Mitau ) was a Baltic German theologian and journalist.

From 1835 to 1849 he was editor of the Latweeschu Awises , the first Latvian-language newspaper.
