Wilhelm Emil Auerbach (born July 30, 1826 - † June 10, 1874 in Frankfurt am Main ) was a German lawyer and politician .

Auerbach, who was of Jewish faith, studied law and was awarded a Dr. jur. PhD. He lived as a lawyer in the Free City of Frankfurt . There he was also politically active. From 1865 and 1866 until the end of the Free City, he was a member of the legislative body of the Free City of Frankfurt. After the annexation of the Free City of Frankfurt by Prussia , he was a member of the Frankfurt city ​​council from January 29, 1872 to June 10, 1874 for District 2 (Nordend, northeastern and central old town) .
