Wilhelm Friedrich Gericke

Friedrich Wilhelm Gericke (* 23. September 1823 , † 27. September 1873 ) was a German politician and mayor of in its time still independent mayoralty Ronsdorf in the district of Lennep in to Prussia belonging Rhine province .

Gerike, from Wermelskirchen , was elected mayor of Ronsdorf on October 10, 1856 as the successor to Friedrich Wilhelm Dresel . He was re-elected to this office on May 23, 1868 for a term until 1876 and then served until his death. His successor as mayor was Adolf Müller .

Gericke died in 1873, his grave is in the Evangelical Reformed cemetery on Staubenthaler Straße.
