Wilhelm Heinrich Bethmann (also: Wilhelm Heinrich Bäthmann and Wilhelm Heinrich Baethmann ; born April 30, 1745 in Goslar , † December 27, 1802 in Hanover ) was a German organ builder .

Life

Wilhelm Heinrich Bethmann was the son-in-law of Christian Vater the Younger , a son of the organ builder Christian Vater .

According to the address books of the city of Hanover , a company with the same name can be identified as the only organ builder in Hanover or von Linden between 1798 and 1833 for more than three decades .

For a similar period - also at the time of the Electorate of Hanover - the work of Bethmann's son "[...] Christian Bethmann (Hanover-Linden), 1783-1833" is given.

The organ builder Ernst Wilhelm Meyer was a student of Wilhelm Heinrich Baethmann .
