Wilhelm "Willi" Mense (born September 8, 1957 in Herzebrock ) is a former German soccer player who played in the Bundesliga with Werder Bremen . He played 16 games with three goals in the 1st division for Werder Bremen and 43 games in the then 2nd Bundesliga North for Preußen Münster with 13 goals.

Mense now works as a soccer coach, u. a. with a station at FC Gütersloh (1989 to 1990). Together with Frank Mill, he founded the nationwide children's soccer school kids - active , and he also founded Soccer 1 in Bielefeld , where Mense is now a managing partner for both companies.
