Wilhelm Seyberth

Wilhelm Seyberth (born April 21, 1849 in Wehen ; † January 7, 1937 in Wiesbaden ) was a German judge and parliamentarian.

Life

Wilhelm Seyberth studied law at the Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg , the Philipps-Universität Marburg and the Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Berlin . In 1870 he became a member of the Corps Hasso-Nassovia . In 1871 he joined the Corps Marchia Berlin . After completing his studies, he pursued a career as a judge. For many years he was a councilor at the local court in Siegen . Most recently he lived as a pensioner in Wiesbaden. In the Prussian Army he became a captain of the Landwehr.

After a by-election became necessary in 1892, Seyberth sat in the 5th session of the 17th legislative period as a member of the constituency Wiesbaden 1 (Biedenkopf) in the Prussian House of Representatives . He belonged to the faction of the National Liberal Party .
