The Willey Point is a striking, rocky headland in the Antarctic Ross Dependency . In the Queen Alexandra chain , it marks the south side of the confluence of the Berwick Glacier with the western flank of the Beardmore Glacier .

The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1966 after Francis J. Willey III., A meteorologist with the United States Antarctic Research Program and in 1963 head of the meteorological department of the research station located at Cape Hallett .
