Willi Bäuerle
Willi Bäuerle (born March 24, 1926 in Weinheim ; † February 1, 1996 in Offenbach am Main ) was a German politician ( SPD ).
Life and work
After attending primary school and training, Bäuerle attended the non-commissioned school from 1940 to 1943. From November 1944 to March 1945 he took part in the Second World War as a soldier .
Bäuerle worked as a technical draftsman after the war. From 1950 to 1961 he worked as a union secretary in Weinheim and Offenbach am Main.
He was married and had two children.
Political party
Bäuerle joined the SPD in 1945 and was chairman of the Offenbach SPD local association from 1960 to 1965.
MP
Bäuerle was a councilor for the city of Offenbach from 1956 to 1961, where he had been chairman of the SPD parliamentary group since 1958. He was a member of the German Bundestag from May 31, 1963, when he replaced the resigned MP Karl Wittrock , until 1976. First up in parliament via the state list of the SPD Hessen , he represented the constituency of Dieburg from 1965 to 1976 .
Public offices
Bäuerle was a full-time city councilor in Offenbach from 1962 to 1967.
