Willi Trinne
Willi Trinne (born July 8, 1884 in Magdeburg , † December 17, 1973 in Sandkrug ) was a German politician ( FDP ). He was Lord Mayor of Oldenburg from 1954 to 1956 .
Life
Trinne was a director by profession, and in 1946 he moved to the city council of Oldenburg for the FDP. On February 3, 1954, he took over the office of Lord Mayor from the FDP politician Gustav Lienemann . In the 1956 election, the SPD won, which on November 26, 1956, appointed the new mayor, Hans Fleischer . During this time, Trinne was still President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry from 1951 to 1960, then lived for a few years in Oldenburg, but moved to Sandkrug on April 17, 1969, where he died in 1973.
Willi-Trinne-Straße was named after him in the Oldenburg development area on Brookweg.
