William Thomas Delworth

William Thomas Delworth (born February 24, 1929 in Toronto , Ontario , † October 29, 2012 in Ottawa , Ontario) was a Canadian diplomat .

Life

From 1950 to 1951 Delworth published Acta Victoriana magazine . Delworth graduated from the University of Toronto with a BA in Psychology in 1951 and became a Master of Arts in Modern History in 1956. He joined the foreign service on July 3, 1956. From 1982 to 1983 he was Special Advisor to the Secretary of State at the State Department in Ottawa.

He retired in March 1993. He died in Ottawa at the age of 83 .
