William C. Weldon

William C. Weldon (born November 26, 1948 in Brooklyn , New York City ) is an American manager .

Life

Weldon studied biology at Quinnipiac University . After completing his studies, he started working for the pharmaceutical and medical technology company Johnson & Johnson . Since 2002 he has been Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company. He resigned as CEO on April 26, 2012, but remains Chairman.

Weldon married in 1969 and has two children.
