The Williams nunatak is a small nunatak on the Budd coast in Wilkesland, East Antarctica . It rises immediately east of the Windmill Islands on the south side of the confluence of the Peterson Glacier in Penney Bay .
Aerial photographs of the US American Operation Highjump (1946–1947) from February 1947 were used to map it. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named him in 1956 after Calvin E. Williams, a member of one of two photography units of Operation Windmill (1948-1949), which had taken (aerial) photographs in this area in January 1948.
