Willy Fondja (born September 22, 1983 ) is a former French football player.

The 1.85 m tall defender went in 2007 from the lower-class French club AS Poissy to the PrvaLiga Telekom Slovenije , the first Slovenian league, to NK Maribor . Here he came to some missions and also gained experience in the UEFA Intertoto Cup .

At the beginning of 2008 he moved to FC Rot-Weiß Erfurt in the regional league , at that time Germany's third-highest division. He came on ten missions and qualified with Erfurt for the new 3rd division . Although Erfurt would have liked to keep him, he left the club during the summer break after only half a year. He was without a club for 18 months before the Cypriot first division team Nea Salamis Famagusta signed him in early 2010 . He came on two missions in the 2009/10 season and was relegated with his team at the end of the season. He then ended his career.
