Willy Weyhrauch (born March 14, 1994 in Lutherstadt Wittenberg ) is a German handball player .

The right wing player , who is 1.85 meters tall and weighs 73 kilograms, has been under contract with the German second division ThSV Eisenach since 2016 .

Career

Willy Weyhrauch comes from the youth of the Berlin foxes. With the A-youth , the left-hander was German champion in 2012 and 2013. On March 25, 2012 he made his debut in the second team, which plays in the 3rd division . In the 2013/14 season he received a second game right for TSG Friesenheim in the 2nd handball Bundesliga , but was not used there. For the 2014/15 season he was appointed to the Füchse Bundesliga team as the successor to long-time right winger Markus Richwien . In 2015 he won the EHF European Cup with the Foxes . He has been under contract with ThSV Eisenach since summer 2016 .
