The Antillean Dances (Opus 2,4,5 & 6) are unique compositions by Wim Statius-Muller. In these short piano pieces you can feel the origin, the traditional dance music of the Dutch Caribbean islands. However, the music is no longer intended for dancing, but has become concert music through refinement and differentiation.
