The Har Bnei Rasan wind farm is an Israeli wind farm in the Golan Heights on the Har Bnei Rasan .
location
The wind farm is located in the Golan Heights, around 5 km from the city of Quneitra . The ten turbines are installed directly on the Har Bnei Rasan, 1050 m above sea level. From road 98, a public gravel road leads up the mountain to the turbines. The road is in poor condition but can be used by cars.
The wind farm
The 10 turbines with a capacity of 0.6 MW each are set up in a bent line. Operated like the wind farm by Mey Eden , the company that also fills the well-known "Eden mineral water" in Israel.
