The Winkler Glacier is a glacier in the Bowers Mountains of the East Antarctic Victoria Land . On the Oates coast, it flows south to southwest of Mount Dergach in a south-easterly direction and flows into Ob 'Bay together with the Astapenko Glacier .
Scientists from the German expedition GANOVEX III (1982–1983) named him.
