The Wischna Pass ( Bulgarian проход Вишна Prohod Wischna ) is an icy and 550 m high mountain saddle at the Oskar-II. coast of Graham Lands on the Antarctic Peninsula . It separates the Poibrene Heights from the Forbidden Plateau and is 2.8 km south of Mount Bistre , 5.7 km west of the Kamenov Spur and 4.75 km north of St. Angelariy Peak . It is part of the watershed between Evans Glacier and Punchbowl Glacier .
British scientists mapped it in 1976. The Bulgarian Commission for Antarctic Geographical Names named it in 2012 after the town of Vishna in eastern Bulgaria .
