The Witim family of vehicles ( Russian Витим ) is an armored multi-purpose vehicle for two to six people. It is produced by the Belarusian armaments manufacturer Minotor-Service , which has been developing it independently since the mid-2010s. The amphibious Witim has been developed for military patrol and fire service operations .

The two-axle all - wheel - drive base vehicle (4 × 4) Witim has a hull made of welded armor plates, which in accordance with STANAG 4569 Level 2 offers protection against 7.62 mm bullets, while the hull armor protects the crew effectively against hand grenades (reference to Soviet F-1 ) and against improvised explosive devices (IEDs) with an explosive effect equivalent to 0.5 kg TNT. The vehicle crew comprises two people in each variant. The 4 × 4 basic version can accommodate up to four fully equipped soldiers and has a dead weight of 6.0 tons with a maximum payload of 1000 kg and a ground clearance of 430 mm. A JaMZ turbodiesel engine with an output of 215 hp, coupled with a mechanical five-speed gearbox, enables the vehicle to reach a maximum travel speed of 125 km / h and a range of 800 km. He is also able to swim at a speed of 5 km / h.

  • Witim : basic version with the wheel formula 4 × 4.
  • Witim 668240 : Logistics version extended by 1.14 meters with the wheel formula 6 × 6. The four passenger seats of the basic model have been replaced by an open cargo area that can be covered by a tarpaulin hood. This variant has a dead weight of 7.5 tons and a payload of 3.5 tons, with the other specifications being identical to the basic model.
  • TZM-2A6M4 : Ammunition supply vehicle for the anti -aircraft tank ZSU-23-4M4 . This variant is largely based on the Vitim 668240.
