The Witte Nunatakkers are an isolated group of Nunatakkers in the West Antarctic Ellsworthland . They loom halfway between the Sweeney Mountains and the Hauberg Mountains .

The United States Geological Survey mapped them on the basis of their own measurements and aerial photographs of the United States Navy from 1961 to 1967. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named them in 1966 after Paul Frank Witte (1927-2017), construction mechanic of the winter team on the Eights- Station in 1964.
