The 3rd Raw Air 2019 was a series of ski jumping competitions that took place between March 8th and 17th, 2019 as part of the 2018/19 Ski Jumping World Cup . As usual, the competitions were all held in Norway on four different hills, namely (in chronological order) on the large hills in Oslo , Lillehammer and Trondheim and on the ski jumping hill in Vikersund . In autumn 2018, however, the Vikersund competitions were initially canceled and canceled without replacement due to a missing hill certificate. Shortly before the start of the season, however , the International Ski Federation announced that a compromise had been found and that the last part of Raw Air could take place as planned.
For the first time, women's competitions were held at Raw Air in 2019. They completed three individual competitions in Oslo, Lillehammer and Trondheim.
The defending champion of Raw Air 2018 was Kamil Stoch from Poland . Since only one round was held in the men's team competition in Oslo, there were only 15 jumps instead of the planned 16 in the overall ranking. This won the Japanese Ryoyu Kobayashi ahead of the Austrian Stefan Kraft and the Norwegian Robert Johansson . The overall ranking of women was won by the Norwegian Maren Lundby ahead of the Germans Katharina Althaus and Juliane Seyfarth .
