Joséphine Pagnier (born June 4, 2002 in Pontarlier ) is a French ski jumper .

Career

Joséphine Pagnier starts for Chaux Neuve . She made her debut on March 7th and 8th, 2015 in Chaux-Neuve in the Alpencup , where she finished 21st and 18th. In March 2016, Pagnier started in Harrachov for the first time in the FIS Cup and reached places 25 and 24 there. To this day, she has also won a competition in the Alpine Cup.

On August 26th and 27th, 2016, Pagnier made his debut in the Continental Cup in Oberwiesenthal , where he reached 14th place and was disqualified once. With her next two competitions on December 16 and 17, 2016 in Notodden , she was able to win her first two competitions in the Continental Cup at the same time. Mainly because of these two victories, she won the overall women's ranking with 218 points at the end of the 2016/17 season . At the 2018 Junior World Championships she won the bronze medal with the French team, while she was 41st in the individual.

On December 15, 2018, she made her debut at home jumping in Prémanon in the World Cup and with 30th place reached her first World Cup point. She achieved her best World Cup result so far on February 10, 2019, finishing 19th in Ljubno, Slovenia . At the 2019 Junior World Championships in Lahti , Finland , she was ninth in the individual and sixth with both the French women's team and the mixed team. At the subsequent World Championships in 2019 in Seefeld in Tyrol , she was 31st in the individual competition and seventh with the French women's team in the team competition.
