Vladimir Anatoljewitsch Maslennikow ( Russian Владимир Анатольевич Масленников ; born August 17, 1994 in Lesnoi ) is a Russian sports shooter . He shoots with the small bore rifle and the air rifle .

successes

Vladimir Maslennikov, who competes for CSKA Moscow , took part in the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro with an air rifle. With 629.0 points he finished second in the qualification and scored a total of 184.2 points in the final. He finished third behind Niccolò Campriani and Serhij Kulisch and received the bronze medal. In 2018 he became world champion with the team in the three-position fight with the small-bore rifle , he also won silver with the air rifle team and took third place in the mixed with the air rifle. He also won a silver medal in the mixed competition with the air rifle at the European Games in Minsk in 2019 .

For his Olympic success he received the Order of Merit for the Fatherland II class.
