Vladimir Artyomowitsch Passetschnik

Vladimir Artjomowitsch Passetschnik ; Russian Владимир Артемович Пасечник (born October 12, 1937 in Stalingrad , † November 21, 2001 in Wiltshire ) was a Soviet biologist .

Life

He studied physics and biology at the Leningrad Polytechnic Institute . Then he worked in the field of biological weapons .

Passetschnik fled to the West in 1989, where he reported on the extent of Soviet armaments in this area. In the UK , he worked for the Department of Health for ten years and then started his own company, Regma Biotechnologies.
