Wladimir Jakowlewitsch Dratschko ( Russian Владимир Яковлевич Драчко ; born January 20, 1970 in Tuapse ) is a former Russian judoka who was European champion in 1994.

Dratschko fought in the half-light weight, the weight class up to 65 kilograms (from 1998 66 kilograms). In 1990, while still starting for the Soviet Union, he won the bronze medal at the Junior World Championships. In 1993 he became Russian champion. At the European Championships in Gdansk in 1994 , he defeated the Turkish Salim Abanoz in the semifinals and the Polish Jarosław Lewak in the final . Two months later he defeated the Latvians Vsevolods Zeļonijs in the final of the Goodwill Games in Saint Petersburg .

At the European Championships in Birmingham in 1995 Dratschko lost in the semifinals against Vsevolods Zeļonijs. After he was defeated in the battle for bronze against the Turkish Bektas Demirel , Dratschko took fifth place. At the 1995 World Championships in Chiba , he lost his opening match against Jarosław Lewak. Dratschko was still active for a few years. In 1998 he won the World Cup tournament in Minsk, in 1999 he won the tournament in Sofia. After the end of his active career, he became a judo trainer.
