Wladimir Petrovich Tuganov ( Russian Владимир Петрович Туганов , English transcription: Vladimir Petrovich Tuganov ; born July 17, 1961 in Ordzhonikidze , North Ossetian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic ) is a Russian show jumper who lives in Germany .

In May 2012 he was at number 51 in the world rankings.

Career

Tuganow started in 2004 with Leroy Brown at the Olympic Games in Athens and finished 33rd in the singles. At the Olympic Summer Games in London in 2012 he took part with Lancero , but dropped out in the first partial test and came in 65th.

He was vice-president of the Russian Equestrian Association. Tuganow trains with Mario Piasecki .
