Wohlde is a district of the municipality of Winkelsett , which is part of the Harpstedt municipality in the district of Oldenburg in Lower Saxony .

Geography and transport links

Wohlde is located on state road L 338 northwest of the core town of Winkelsett, west of the core town of Harpstedt and east of the town center of Wildeshausen .

The Wohlbach, a right-hand tributary of the Katenbäke , which in turn is a right-hand tributary of the Hunte , flows through the village .

Description of the pictures:

The Wohlder path led from the farm of the farmer Lammers to houses 3c and 3d. After the barn, a rough dirt road led to the forested small commune.
The Wohlbach was an alternative to the shower and bathtub in the 1970s. At one point, of course, there was a small pool for personal hygiene, here a mini-beach.
In the 1970s, up to 10 late hippies and "seekers" (so-called "country freaks") lived in Resthof 3d who felt they belonged to the organic and mostly vegetarian way of life.
The "notorious" Resthof 3d, which was "notorious" even in the "Bremen scene", burned down in 1980. The neighboring house is still standing.
