architecture

The three-storey apartment building has a half-hipped roof with a central ornamental gable and a loft . The basement has an imitation of a cuboid. On the upper floors, the smooth facade is finished with high-quality scratch plaster. It is emphasized by a central circular segment-shaped bay window . The stairwell is on the right-hand side and can be read both at window height and through the house entrance door. On the ground floor there is a round arched window with double cross division and upper cross bars in the axis of symmetry. To the left and right of this are two narrow arched windows and a wider single window on the left side of the building with arched arches. In the bay structure, the arched windows with double crosses are repeated on the 1st and 2nd floors, flanked equally by the narrow arched windows accompanying each left and right. The left side of the facade is designed in symmetry to the stairwell window by a vertically bundled window group of two individual windows. The main eaves have a curtain-type gutter and a simple lower cassette partition . The central ornamental gable located in the lower hip area refers to the central bay below and is divided into three windows. To the left and right of this window there are floral displays with a basket. The ornamental gable is also flanked on the left and right by a half-timbered imitation. The left truss arrangement contains a window group.
