The residential building Lindenweg 12 is located in Bremen , Oberneuland district , Lindenweg 12. It was built in 1922 according to plans by Hans Haering. It has been a listed building in Bremen since 1991 .
history
The single-storey, clinkered house with a half-hip roof and the gable was built in 1921/22 in the interwar period in a conservative country house style. The three decorative masonry semicircles on the street front are striking.
Today (2018) the house is used for living.
The architect Haering designed in Bremen a. a. Haus Weltmann (1913, Rockwinkeler Heerstraße 119) and Landhaus Krages (1925, Marcusallee 11).
