The four-storey, plastered residential and commercial building with a gable roof , two distinctive tower cores with bell domes and lantern as well as the Art Nouveau gable and the large loggia show features of reform architecture and Art Nouveau.
The company Studentenreisen Bremen , which was founded by the Bremen Student Union around 1964, resided in the house from the 1970s to the 1990s .
