Quarry stone retaining wall

Lindenau-based bricklayer Friedrich August Menzel applied in August 1884 to be allowed to build a house, which was approved in November of that year. The master builder FA Bernhard Große from Kötzschenbroda designed and built a single-storey, plastered house with a gable roof , the eaves side five axes long, the gable side with two axes. The entrance is in the middle of one of the eaves. In the street-side gable there is a small, coupled arched window . The building inspection took place in August 1885.

The building, which is listed as well as the enclosure, includes sandstone parts and vine trellises as well as quarry stone retaining walls on the slope .
