The residential building at Schwachhauser Heerstraße 57 is located in Bremen , district Schwachhausen , district Gete, Schwachhauser Heerstraße 55. The residential building was built in 1897 according to plans by Albert Dunkel . It has been a listed building in Bremen since 1984 .

history

The two-story, plastered, ornate house with basement , gable roof , balcony and bay window was built in 1884 in the era of historicism as a Bremen house for the merchant and consul of Spain Eduard Michaelsen.
Today (2018) the house is used by apartments, offices and practices.

Next to it is the Schwachhauser Heerstraße 55 residential building designed by Dunkel .
In Schwachhausen, the architect Dunkel also produced some. a. the Wätjenhaus in the Bürgerpark and his Villa Dunkel .
