Fesenfeld residential group

The Wohnhausgruppe Fesenfeld in Bremen , district of eastern suburbs , the district Fesenfeld , Fesenfeld 86-104, was created between 1897 and 1900. This group of buildings stands since 1973 under Bremer listed .

The street Fesenfeld leads in a north-south direction from the Bismarckstraße over the Feldstraße , Humboldtstraße, Friesenstraße to the street Vor dem Steintor . It was laid out in 1869 and named after the Fesenfeld farm in the Pagentorn field market.

history

The plastered or clinkered, two-storey houses were built for a middle class between 1897 and 1900 in the era of historicism . The builder for No. 90 to 104 was the businessman H. Köhlmoos.
The ensemble includes the

  • clinker houses nos. 94, 96, 100, 102, 104 by unknown planners;
  • plastered houses No. 86, 88, 90, 92, 98 (House Köhlmoos) by unknown planners.

The two- to four-storey houses from No. 1 to 85, 87, 89, 91, 93, 95, 97, 99, 101, 103 and 105 to 142 are not listed.
Currently (2018) the buildings are largely used as residential buildings.

The chosen house type Bremer Haus was built in Bremen between the mid-19th century and the 1930s. The basement as a basement , the deep building shape and the side entrance are typical .
