Wojciech Müller

Wojciech Müller (born March 13, 1947 in Posen ; † August 15, 2018 ibid.) Was a Polish painter , graphic artist and sculptor .

Career

Müller studied painting and graphics at the Academy of Fine Arts (PWSSP) in Poznan until 1972 . He taught at the academy from 1974 and was its rector from 1990 to 1996 and from 2002 to 2008. In the 1970s he was head of the Od Nowa sculptor group , which organized numerous open-air exhibitions. For his own graphic work he created a technique based on photography, projections, video recordings and printing techniques. He has had more than fifty solo exhibitions and has been involved in over three hundred group shows. Müller also worked as a set designer.
