Wolfgang Aigner (Benedictine)

Wolfgang Aigner (born October 27, 1745 in Regensburg , † October 19, 1801 ) was a Bavarian Benedictine and scholar.

Aigner entered the Benedictine order in Mallersdorf Abbey in 1764 and was ordained a priest in 1769 . From 1783 to 1788 he was professor of grammar and rhetoric at the Lyceum in Freising .

Aigner published a few occasional speeches.
