The Saxon scored his eighth goal in the last game of the season to 1-0, after the 2-0 win at SC Turbine Erfurt , the BSG Chemie Leipzig was the champions. Two years later, the Leutzscher won the FDGB Cup with Wolfgang Behla . In 1967 the striker moved to Böhlen and five years later to TSG Chemie Markkleeberg , where he ended his active career in 1975.
