Wolfgang Hipp

Wolfgang Hipp (born July 16, 1952 ) is a former German soccer player .

The midfielder who grew up in the Reutlingen district of Betzingen played from the 1973/74 season for the first team of SSV Reutlingen 05 , which was relegated to the 1st amateur league Black Forest-Bodensee in the previous season. As a Württemberg amateur champion, Wolfgang Hipp played with the SSV in the final round of the 1974 German amateur championship . In this final round he won the first German amateur championship in club history with SSV Reutlingen . At the end of the amateur league season in 1974/75 , Hipp took part with Reutlingen as a champion in the subsequent round of promotion to the 2nd Bundesliga , in which he and his team rose to the second highest German football division with 5 wins in 6 group games. Wolfgang Hipp played 23 games for SSV Reutlingen in the second division season 1975/76 and was successful twice in front of goal. This season ended for Hipp and the SSV with relegation. In the following two seasons he was again Black Forest Lake Constance champion with the Reutlingen team without repeating the success of 1975 in the promotion round.
