Wolfgang Kölker (born July 29, 1959 in Rheine ) is a German politician ( CDU ).

education and profession

Wolfgang Kölker graduated from secondary school in 1974. From 1974 to 1977 he trained as a machine fitter . He continued his education at the Clausthal-Zellerfeld mountain and hut school from 1981 to 1983. He received the degree as a state-certified mechanical engineer . The high school he received in 1983. In 1983, he was machine Steiger . In August 1993 he was appointed Reviersteiger.

Wolfgang Kölker has been a member of the CDU since 1989. Since 1990 he has been a member of the district board of the social committees of the Christian Democratic Workers' Union (CDA) . He is district chairman of the CDA Münsterland and a member of the CDA state board of North Rhine-Westphalia. He has been a member of the Recke Community Council since 1990; there he is deputy chairman of the CDU parliamentary group and deputy mayor. He lives with his family in the Steinbeck district . In 2013/14 he was king of the Bürgererschützenverein (BSV) Steinbeck and ruled with his wife Carola.

From 2000 to 2005, Wolfgang Kölker was a member of the 13th state parliament of North Rhine-Westphalia , into which he entered via the state list.
