Wolfgang Köpp

Wolfgang Köpp (born May 30, 1933 in Fürstenwalde ) is a German writer.

The doctor of veterinary medicine worked as a veterinarian in the Neubrandenburg district during the GDR era . Since 1971 he has been practicing in Alt Rehse , where he still lives today. From 1994 to 2001 he was mayor of Alt Rehse.

Wolfgang Köpp wrote several autobiographical books about hunting and his work as a veterinarian, in which he describes the everyday life of agriculture in the GDR . He also deals with the history of Alt Rehse, in particular with the German Medical Association's leadership school that existed there during the Nazi era .
