Wolfgang Liebert
Wolfgang Liebert (* 1957 in Düsseldorf ) is a German physicist .
Since November 2012 he has been professor for “Nuclear Safety and Risk” at the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences in Vienna .
Previously, Liebert had since 1999 Assistant Professor at the Technical University of Darmstadt and business there as a coordinator of a bye-disarmament initiative Interdisciplinary Research Group Science, Technology and Security (IANUS) scientific peace research .
In a publication in 2002 ( Nonproliferation Review ), his team stated that no one, not even the Federal Environment Ministry , could precisely quantify how large the plutonium stocks are in Germany.
